Standard delivery offered in Francefor all orders from 150 purchase..

For France :

  • Standard delivery via Colissimo (2 to 3 working days): 8.00€

For the European Union:

  • Standard delivery Zones 1 to 4:: 11.00 to 18.00 (2 to 8 working days)) 

For the rest of the world:

  • Standard delivery Zones 5: 31.00 (5 to 10 working days))
For international deliveries, customs charges and other taxes are not included in the price displayed on the site. These costs must be paid by you directly to the carrier upon receipt of the product.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    RETURN

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, know that you have 14 days to exchange an item or return to usyour order against reimbursement.

    Items must be returned to us in their original packaging and condition, contact us to receive the RETURN label.(excluding sale and promotion) *

    We refund the product within two weeks of receipt of the package.

    For any return, please include the invoice or your order number in the package so that we can identify you.

    Returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us, and a refund will only be made upon receipt of the goods in a condition that complies with the general conditions of sale.

    You will receive an email to notify you when your refund has been made.

    EXCHANGE

    The size or the color does not suit you and you wish to proceed to an exchange Nothing could be simpler! 

    You can exchange your item for free within 14 days of receipt.

    To do this, please contact us by email (contact@nassswimwear.com) to confirm your choice and validate its availability before returning the swimsuit that does not fit.

    Once received, we will send you the product you have chosen in exchange at no additional cost and you will receive a confirmation email.
