In order to preserve our ecosystem as best as possible, we have decided to use 100% recycled polyester, 55% of which is made from New Life Eco-designed yarns. Here, recycled PET bottles are the basic material of the polyester yarn.

Newlife is a unique, complete and certified system of recycled polyester yarns obtained entirely from used plastic bottles. The yarn is manufactured via a high-performance mechanical process as well as meticulously crafted technological know-how, no addition of chemical agent is necessary for the transformation of the yarn. New Life is able to transform these post-consumer plastic bottles into a single polymer, then into a range of ultra high quality and high performance recycled polyester yarns. All these processes take place entirely in Italy within a radius of 90 km..

The use of a recycled polyester is a simplified process which requires few steps in its treatment, the purpose of this process is that it will lead to a reduction of the energies used during the production process. This whole system is put in place to significantly reduce carbon emissions.
