Delivery European Unions 1 to 4: 11.00 to 18.00 (2 to 8 working days)) 

For the rest of the world:

Standard delivery Zones 5: 31.00 (5 to 10 working days))

For international deliveries, customs charges and other taxes are not included in the price displayed on the site. These costs must be paid by you directly to the carrier upon receipt of the product.

Orders via Colissimo are delivered in 2-3 days worked in France and 3-10 days worked internationally, depending on the country.

You will receive a tracking link for your order as soon as it is shipped where you can find all the information about your delivery.

The size or the color does not suit you and you wish to proceed to an exchange Nothing could be simpler!

You can exchange your item for free within 14 days of receipt.

For this, thank you for contacting us by email (contact@nassswimwear.com) to confirm your choice and validate the availability of it before returning the swimsuit that does not fit.

Once received, we will send you the product you have chosen in exchange at no additional cost and you will receive a confirmation email.

You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return your purchases for a refund if they are not suitable. The items must be returned to us in their original packaging and condition, accompanied by the RETOUR Colissimo label initially with your package. We refund the product within two weeks of receipt of the package.

For any return, please include the invoice or your order number in the package so that we can identify you.

If you cannot find the return slip, please send us an email to contact@nassswimwear.com mentioning your order number.

Our swimsuits have been designed to fit perfectly. The cut is fitted, neither too wide nor too tight, it adapts to all body types.

You can order without fear and try it at home, exchanges are free in mainland France.

- Rinse off with fresh water after swimming, it seems simple, but very often you forget to rinse your swimsuit when you get out of the sea or the pool. Salt, sand or even chlorine will damage your swimsuit by force.

- The ideal is to wash your swimsuit by hand in lukewarm water with Marseille soap. And if it has to machine, it won't be over 30C!!

- Do not wash with bleach

- We forget the spinning by hand or in a machine which will deform the jersey by breaking the fiber of the fabric! You simply spread it out so that it dries naturally.

- Iron cold

- Do not dry clean

- Wash with like colors

- Iron inside out
